Here’s why the giveaway started…
We’ve all heard the “12 Days of Christmas” song, but we’ll let you in on a little secret - it’s actually not about a partridge in a pear tree. At all. The 12 Days of Christmas is, according to Christian tradition, the span between the birth of Christ and the coming of the Magi, or the wise men. These days anticipate the realization of Three King’s Day on January 6 to celebrate when these legendary kings of the day recognized the birth of their King - in fact, it’s often also known as the Day of Epiphany.
Do you ever wonder what Joseph and Mary did in the days between Jesus’ birth and the appearance of the magi? What would they have talked about? How many little milestones did they witness in their newborn? What sort of divine glory did they feel? What sort of very human emotion did they feel?
It’s so easy to get caught up into the hustle of Christmas that we forget to wonder. Between the demands of gift buying, social gatherings, special events and even family, Christmas Incorporated can really steal us away from the true spirit of Christmas - the birth of a Savior. Only when we can recognize and name distractions are we able to realize just how significant these days really are. That’s what we want to help you remember this season. We’re committed to reminding you often this Christmas season about the greatest epiphany of all time - to keep your heart, mind and actions stayed upon the greatest Gift of all time.
In honor of recalling The Gift, we’ve got some little gifts… for you! In fact, our partners have offered more than $3,000 worth of goods so that we could launch our 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway this year.
Here’s what this giveaway is for…
In case you didn’t know, Point One Vision is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. That means that we are legally obligated to demonstrate that 100% of our profits benefit our service projects. Moreover than that, as a Christian ministry organization we are also morally committed to our biblical mandate to place others before ourselves. All of this also means that we are donor operated - our supporters trust us with their financial generosity and in turn, we aim to produce the highest results and great impact in alignment with our vision and mission.
So in order to participate in this giveaway, we’re asking that you give back! We want to launch into a fantastic 2023 because we have a lot planned and trusting that the provision will come… plus working really hard to get there.
Because we value the way that our community supports us so much, we wanted to find make a way to show our thanks.
Here’s how the giveaway works…
Starting on Christmas Day, the first of the 12 Days of Christmas, we’ll be announcing one prize package per day valued between $100 to 500. You’ll be able to see it first on our social media channels, Facebook and Instagram. If you sign up for our newsletter, you’ll receive the announcement there, too.
Here’s how you can enter to win these gifts:
Tag at least 3 friends on either (or both) of the Facebook or Instagram post of the day. This will get you ONE entry into that giveaway prize, per social account.
Sign up for our newsletter. We’ve made that really easy… scroll down below! This will get you ONE entry into ANY of the 12 prizes.
Here’s how you stack your entries: For every $1 that you donate to Point One Vision, either on social media or our website, you’ll get one entry. AND if you donate $50 or more, you’ll DOUBLE your entries… that’s at least 100 entries! These entries are valid for all giveaway items from the date of donation onward. That means that you can actually donate right now and be eligible for any of the 12 giveaway prizes!
We’ll announce the winner of each particular giveaway on the following day. We’ll either get ahold of you directly and/or shout you out on social media. Either way, we’ll make sure that you know you’ve won! Individuals can win up to THREE total prizes - after that we’re gonna roll the dice again and make sure that other people get to celebrate a win, too.

Here’s some of the “fine print” stuff you should know about. Certain items will be limited to domestic entrees only - we’ll do our best to work with our partners to accommodate international deliveries, but this will be on a case-by-case basis. If you’ve already donated to our 2022 IMPACT Campaign (that launched on November 21, 2022), your entrees have already been accounted for!
