Service Partners
Our vision is to bridge the gap between ministry service and the health and fitness industry - providing practical application of biblical concepts into a real world of real consequence.
We do this through organization support, mentorship, education and practice. The relationships we have established with our nonprofit partners are not the end of fostering and inspiring a kingdom-minded community to run our course of a race that started two thousand years ago.
The Beautifully Flawed Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded by Bethany Hamilton, a professional surfer perhaps best known as a childhood shark attack survivor - but she’s a lot more. In her adult life, Bethany continues to tackle some of the world’s biggest waves, has produced a documentary film and is an enthusiastic wife and mother of two boys. The Beautifully Flawed Foundation embodies all of the things most important to Bethany and orchestrates mentorship, sponsorship and leadership for young men and women of limb loss while expanding as a platform to share more stories.
Our partnership with this foundation has been a part of the fitness leadership for the annual Beautifully Flawed women’s retreat and Forged men’s retreat to develop a unique approach to training and encouraging those who live with a limb loss.
The Keala Foundation is a nonprofit ministry on the island of Kauai whose primary end is to support the local community against an epidemic of drug addiction and suicide through educational mentorship, lessons in fitness and the care of community support. Hundreds of kids are picked up from school each day and transported to CrossFit Poipu where they are assisted through school work, taught life lessons through age-appropriate fitness games and exercises and emboldened to combat a culture that is hard-pressed to drive them to fail.
Our partnership with the Keala Foundation has been in providing financial, relational and practical resources for support in their mission. This has also included the provision of sandbags to the youth program to continue their mentorship programs during the COVID-19 pandemic from home.
Faith RX’D has established a mission to engage, equip and expand a gospel message within the fitness industry. With volunteer-led chapters in 80+ cities across nine different countries, Faith RX’D is a key leader at the forefront of this calling.
Our partnership with Faith RX’D has been in joining the leadership team in fitness and discipleship for the True Strength Camp - an experiential seminar where athletes, coaches and the curious can learn about what it means to witness a purpose-driven life in a self-driven atmosphere.
Nets4Life Uganda was started by Mulondo Patrick, a Ugandan native that grew up in the slums and is now a successful entrepreneur and world-renowned artist, using his gifts to give back to his community. Nets4Life is largely funded by a portion of Patrick’s own art commissions and supplies mosquito nets and other practical, life-saving resources to the most rural parts of Africa. Uganda is threatened by one of the highest death rates by malaria and Nets4Life is a heartfelt effort to not only protect the physical well being of others, but bring them biblical truths above love and faith.
Our partnership with Nets4Life has included the donation of our training sandbags along with rice and beans to fill them as a practical solution to fight epidemic hunger. The quality of our training sandbags allows for long-term solutions to food storage versus plastic and nylon bags.
Steve’s Club is an organization that works specifically in partnership with CrossFit nonprofit partnerships to provide fitness mentorship to underprivileged children across the nation. Youth from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds have an opportunity to combat gang violence and addiction culture through Steve’s Club programs that teach them lessons about life through fitness.
We have been partnered with Steve’s Club as a part of the fitness leadership team in its annual fitness camp in teaching principles of community, specifically through exercises in sandbag and breath training.
Steps of Justice’s vision is to love and serve the poor, the vulnerable and the stranger. They are currently running kids and youth CrossFit classes in Kalispell, and Bigfork MT, by donation only.
We have also hosted free educational opportunities and/or other support structures for the follow organizations:
