2026 strong to serve step challenge

Jesus’ life demonstrates that faith is not meant to live only in the soul, but to be embodied in the whole person. His spiritual vitality, emotional empathy, mental clarity and physical strength worked in harmony as expressions of love for God and others.

The Strong to Serve Step Challenge is more than a fitness goal — it’s an invitation to align your daily movement with a deeper purpose. Whether you’re logging steps through everyday walking, hitting the trails, rucking with intention, or running toward personal growth, every step becomes a chance to honor God, improve your health and serve others.

During His ministry, Jesus may have walked an estimated 30,000–40,000 steps per day, totaling over 20 million steps across just three years of public service.

Would you actually have walked with him?
